meetwise communication server

The meetwise communication server allows the easy installation and configuration of  the meetwise reporter and other desktop sharing devices or software installations.

Most of all it acts as proxy, to allow remote user the access to reporter from foreign networks.

The meetwise reporters link themself (via an reverser VPN connection) to the communications server, which has a web based GUI which is reachable over the internet. The remote participants sign in to the communications server an thus can established a session with a reporter.

Meetwise gives free access to its own communication server to every meetwise reporter owner. The communication server can also be installed in the infrastructure of the client, allow complete control over all communication processes.

Access device across network borders

All data between the remote participants and the communication server is based completely on HTTP/s protocol. This allows every client, who has internet access to connect to the server and use its service, regardless of which firewall or proxy he is using.

User and usergroup administration

On the communications server admin users are able to create new usergroups and userss For each group and each user the rights to access and/or control of certain reporters and features of the communications server can be administered.

Users with limited right only see action which they are allowed to access. Thus user find an and userinterface only showing to features the really need, and making an easy usage possible. The simplest user only has the right to join a certain session, and so the interface is only showing up one single button!

The interface can be adopted to the corporte design of the customer.

Besides optical changes, all messages and most of the functionality can be changed to fit the client.

Technical specifications

The meetwise communications server is an application which allow the NAT-NAT access to meetwise reporters of network borders. Besides that "proxy" functionality the server acts as central administration interface for user anbd access rights, and added functionality like recording.

Meetwise allows customers the free access to its own communications server. The server can also be installed on the clients server infrastructure.
